It really gets your heart rate going and the sweat running. I wouldn’t reccommend this for anyone who’s first starting out doing dance fitness as it’s rather fast and some moves take a lot of practise with the way speed of it is. I advise to watch it through a couple of times so you get it inside your head before you start getting it into your body. I did that as I’m quite slow at picking up choregraphy but my fitness level is quite high so I felt the benefit of it.
Have fun, be playful and bouncy and get fit bollywood style, and feel gorgeous!
It’s one of those really great, energising, fun workouts that isn’t just about getting fit..it’s about dancing too and dancing your heart out pretending no one’s there. You can really see that the fitness instructor and bollywood dancer Hemalayaa really loves what she is doing and when she is explaining the moves she is enthusiastic and bouncy and bubbly…that I think, rubs off on the audience making them want to do it and have fun!.
